Bridges to Change is one of the largest peer-led organizations in the state of Oregon. BTC was founded in 2004 with an aim to support people on their path to recovery through peer delivered services and stable housing. BTC continues to support participants on their recovery journeys through a combination of community-based housing, peer delivered services and behavioral health treatment.
Housing
Bridges to Change offers housing options in 4 different counties in Oregon: Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas and Wasco. These models vary from stabilization all the way through permanent rental. Most of our housing options include supportive services with our peer mentors and are at no cost to residents.

Peer Mentors
We are proud to offer peer delivered services in conjunction with most of our programs. Our peer mentors have lived experience in addictions, mental health, incarceration and homelessness. The peer mentors at Bridges to Change walk alongside you on your journey to recovery and healing. We believe that participants are the experts in their own lives and support you in finding the path that works best for your needs.
