  • Substance Use Disorder Treatment: Intensive Outpatient Treatment is 9-18 hours a week. This includes groups, individual sessions with a licensed counselor, case management, consultation with a medical director and wellness activities.

  • We offer substance use disorder treatment programs, including low barrier medication assisted treatment (MAT), and peer services. Our programs are free of charge, available to all, and guided by a harm reduction model where everyone deserves respect and is a valued member of the community.

  • FSR Addiction Services: Finding and Sustaining Recovery (FSR) is an integrated behavioral health treatment program designed to help those dealing with addiction build sober and healthy lifestyles. FSR Addiction Services include Acupuncture, Chinese Medicine, Wellness Movement, Group Therapy, Peer Support, Sober Housing, Individual Therapy, and Nutrition.

  • The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for people who are struggling with problems associated with addictions, substance use, abuse and polysubstance use (which is the use/abuse of more than one substance), or the co-occurring disorders associated with substance use.

    Eligibility for the IOP is determined by our medical team and counselors at your assessment, which is conducted as part of the admissions process. The intensive outpatient treatment program is customized for each person, guided by the initial assessment and follow up.
