Everyone belongs at Outside In. We provide a full range of health services for youth and adults of all ages, such as routine primary care, disease management, HIV/STI testing, reproductive health care, mental health treatment, and transgender care. We also offer an on-site pharmacy, needle exchange, and tattoo removal. Our medical providers can see patients in-person, as well as via phone and video appointments. We are committed to building relationships with our patients and to ensuring that everyone is cared for, respected, and receives the medical treatment that they deserve.
Since 1968, Outside In has transformed thousands of lives by helping break the cycles of chronic homelessness, poverty, and poor health among Portland’s LGBTQIA+ community, people of color, immigrants, and the underserved.
M110 funds are helping Outside In to expand their mobile outreach team, HIV/STI testing, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), Peer Support/Recovery Mentor services, and syringe exchange. Outside In’s downtown location also has a spectrometer for drug testing.
